This restaurant is ranked 92nd in Asia, and it has been open for around 7 years consecutively being selected by the Michelin Guide since 2018. As it is winter, you can add white truffle with an additional cost of 450HKD for one dish and 350HKD for uni. The inclusive service charge makes the price per person 370USD, and you found the menu disappointing given the cost.
While it's common for wine prices to differ significantly with a 2-3 times markup, I wasn't delightful to pay nearly 365USD for wines that do not exceed 110USD. The wine list starts from 2300HKD.
Restaurants is small about 10 seats. I thought had made a reservation for a restaurant i wanted to visit on Christmas and found out on Christmas Eve that the reservation was not confirmed by mistake. I booked this restaurant at Christmas eve night last minute. on Christmas day, there were only guests it's two of me.... which left me with many questions despite the restaurant's Michelin selection.
